Wood Floor Medallions   Pavex Parquet manufactures a number of wood floor medallions grouped into a collection with geometrical shapes.   The wood floor medallions - usually installed in a central position of a room - used together with parquet or hardwood flooring, with or without hardwood borders,  create a distinctive aesthetic that makes an otherwise common wood floor look exclusivist.		Image shows a wood floor medallion based on the 8 Rays pattern but extended with a second set of frame that make it fit for installations in larger rooms ( 20' x 15' for example). The pattern presented here is installed with a darker parquet background laid in an English pattern. This piece of handcrafted parquetry is delivered unfinished and should be  installed with solid parquet or hardwood  flooring sanded and lacquered the traditional way.
